Description
Marketing and management of Cradock Trade's irrigation division with the aim of maintaining, increasing, and expanding market share by developing new business and promoting the general performance and sales of Cradock Trade.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12;
Agricultural/Marketing degree or diploma will be an advantage;
4 – 5 years' experience in irrigation and related products and services;
Valid drivers license.
Skills:
Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
Computer literate (MS Office);
Thorough knowledge of irrigation products (center pivots and general irrigation);
Strong sales & marketing skills;
Strong negotiation skills;
Excellent skills in building relationships with clients as well as suppliers;
Business acumen;
Strategic and innovative thinking;
Entrepreneurial skills;
Networking ability;
SABI irrigation qualification would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive product ranges to cater to the full scope of irrigation needs;
Market irrigation products;
Achieve financial targets;
Promote the expansion and maintenance of client relationships;
Control, management, and administration of irrigation stock.
