Demi Chef de Partie

We are currently recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie to join Harrods’ passionate and high-performing dining team within our iconic Knightsbridge store. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills within a globally recognised luxury brand, supporting the delivery of exceptional dining experiences where craftsmanship, consistency and attention to detail are evident in every dish.

About the Role

Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be joining a passionate, supportive, and successful dining team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store. 

About the Role 

As a Demi Chef De Partie, your role is to act as a vital part of the team by ensuring the smooth running of a section and providing support to the Chef De Partie and other team members. 

In this role, you’ll actively provide direction and support to the team to deliver the day to day operational requirements. You’ll assist the management in the planning and forecasting of stock and orders, support with the organisation, stock rotation and labelling of food that is stored. 

You’ll guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in all-food related outlets. 

About You 

You’ll have a strong track record of time spent within a professional kitchen, managing your own section ideally within a prestigious 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant environment. 

You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and good attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels. Having good PC literacy is a must.

• Competitive salary package of up to £16 p/h (this is made up of a generous base salary plus service charge)*
