As a Cloud Software Engineer at Waters Romania (Brasov), you will work on projects critical to our Informatics business needs.

Responsibilities
As a Cloud Software Engineer you will:
- Evaluate and translate system and product requirements to task specifications.
- Develop and maintain software for server-side logic and frontend user interface.
- Implement unit and system tests for new and existing functionality. Collaborate with automation engineers to generate automated system tests
- Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot applications and system problems.
- Provide work estimation and tracking information to support management decisions and planning.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to take on multiple tasks as needed on the frontend, backend, or system level.
- Provide product specific and technical support, documentation and presentations to internal users where appropriate.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the software and processes.
- Working within a formal development process covering the full development lifecycle.
As a team member you will:
- participate in all team meetings and ceremonies in direct collaboration with other sites, provide input and feedback, take ownership on identified improvements
- actively participate in learning and sharing activities either during informal or formal training and demos
- demonstrate continuous technical improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field)
- Server technology development with Microsoft stack: C#, .NET Core and Object-Oriented Design.
- Good understanding of multi-threading & async programming
- AWS Cloud knowledge. Docker, Containers and Microservices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are using effciently your communication, teamwork, analysis and decision making skills and you are familiar with Agile methodologies.
- You are fluent in English - speaking, reading, writing - Advanced Level
- You care about software; you have a passion for what you do which you can clearly convey by your actions and experiences.

- Experience with Empower or any other CDS software is a plus
- Development tools including Visual Studio, GitHub, Spinnaker
