L’Associate Operator Bulk Operations aura pour mission d’assurer les activités de fabrication des produits (capsules et (ou) comprimés), dans le respect de la réglementation BPF / cGMPs, des règles d’hygiène, et de sécurité. Il devra se conformer aux procédures définies par le système qualité du site pharmaceutique.

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Réaliser des opérations de production de base tel que la pesée des matières et la préparation des mélanges de poudre suivant son curriculum de formation et selon les procédures en vigueur du système qualité.
  • Assister les opérateurs 1 ou techniciens sur les opérations de pelliculage, compression et encapsulation.
  • Maîtriser et effectuer le nettoyage des équipements liés à ces différentes étapes.
  • Effectuer le vide de ligne, le nettoyage des pièces, des équipements et des salles après production.
  • Effectuer les changements de format et le vide de ligne production.
  • Se conformer aux objectifs de production et notamment au respect du planning établi.
  • Assurer la réalisation des opérations de fabrication des lots industriels en environnement BPF/GMP et travailler de façon autonome selon les consignes de son responsable.
  • Contrôler, enregistrer et compléter les documents de travail préétablis pour assurer un suivi des opérations réalisées (dossiers de lots remplis selon les BPF/GMP).
  • Se conformer aux règles de sécurité et de sureté du site pharmaceutique.
  • Annoncer les situations dangereuses, les presqu’accidents/incidents et les accidents qui pourraient survenir sur le site auprès de son responsable direct et auprès du département EHS.
  • Participer et être support aux transferts de nouveaux produits, à la validation des procédés industriels et à la fabrication des lots de validation.

Qualifications

  • Avoir une formation initiale de niveau CFC, ou une expérience de deux ans dans le domaine de l’industrie.
  • Connaissance de l’environnement de travail en salle blanche.
  • Maîtriser la langue française.
  • Etre organisé et rigoureux, avec de bonnes capacités pour un travail d’équipe.
  • Avoir des connaissances de base de l’outil informatique.
