Main Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Capex, Opex, vendor registration, and payment administration.
3. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and compliance with company requirements.
4. Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors while monitoring and evaluating their performance.
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, or a related role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of procurement processes, vendor administration, and vendor performance evaluation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel; experience with procurement systems or applications is an advantage.
- High integrity, able to work independently and collaboratively, and committed to delivering results.
