Key Responsibilities

Leadership Development Strategy & Program Design

  • Design, develop, and continuously enhance leadership development programs aligned with Fab10's strategic priorities, AI-driven business and workforce transformation roadmap, and organizational capability needs.
  • Establish a future-focused leadership development framework that equips leaders to effectively lead through AI-driven business and workforce transformation.
  • Assess emerging business and industry trends and incorporate relevant leadership competencies into development programs.
  • Develop leadership journeys for leaders across different levels, including emerging and new leaders, middle-level leaders, and senior leaders.

Business Alignment & Organizational Capability Building

  • Partner with Fab10 leadership teams to identify capability gaps and leadership development priorities.
  • Translate business challenges, organizational objectives, and transformation initiatives into targeted development solutions.
  • Ensure leadership programs support key business outcomes including operational excellence, innovation, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to identify best practices and emerging leadership trends relevant to the advanced manufacturing environment.

Program Management & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning, development, implementation, and governance of leadership development initiatives.
  • Establish program objectives, milestones, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven evaluation and benchmarking against best practices.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

  • Build strong partnerships across various business functions and collaborate with external institutions, learning providers, and industry partners to strengthen leadership capability development.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership forums, strategic discussions, and executive engagements.
  • Present recommendations, progress updates, and strategic insights to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Professional certifications in leadership development, organizational development, change management, coaching, or program management will be added advantage.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry, engineering, program management, or related field.

Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.

Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Proven ability to translate business strategies into actionable development programs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience collaborating with external institutions, universities, industry associations, or learning partners will be an added advantage.
