This position will partner with stakeholders to design and add value to code development and enhancements for Contact Center Application This role partners directly with the business to create agentic processes used by all Customer Service Representatives.

• Understand the business requirements and translate them into solutions

• Experience with AI pairing tools to quickly stand up the solutions.

• Design and code complex reusable, modular UI components incorporating Service business rules and code Real Time API using Spring Framework. Responsible for project deliverables throughout the design, coding, testing and UAT phases of enterprise projects.

• Guides US and Offshore team members with software designs and follows the software development life cycle standards.

• Regularly mentors and motivates the staff team members and peers on projects and business level impacts for the deliverables.

• Validate and flag gaps to avoid pitfalls in the development lifecycle.

• Make independent decisions that positively impact the overall system and future business projects.

• Create innovative solutions to improve efficiency for call center representatives to service customer requests.

• Constantly looking into new technology and process improvement to keep up with the dynamic pace for the development team. Looking into reusability to increase speed of delivery for projects.

• Handle complex assignments. Responsibilities include large and medium scale project designs, API Schema definition and customized user interface design for Call Center application Web modules for consumer customers. Implement the assisted channel digital platform with 24x7 availability and ensure the application is scalable to meet sub-second response times for the business SLAs.

• Create project plans for the development activity, resource allocation and management of tasks for multiple projects.

• Track milestones and come up with mitigation alternatives for issues and design gaps.

• Interact with Analyst, QA leads, Operation leads to ensure the deliverables are aligned.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• Strong experience to design, develop, testing and operational support in ReactJS, ExtJS, Javascript, Typescript, Micro services, Java, Spring MVC, SQL, Oracle and/or other OOP languages.

• Extensive experience in Web UI framework and Web UI development which includes Usability, Page transition, page navigation, image caching, lazy page loading.

• Experience in Front End payload, able to make decisions on front-end validations, server side validations.

• Experience using UI debugging and profiling tools.

• Experience in performance tuning the web application.

• Experience working with high-available mission critical large scale web applications.

• Experience building systems for Cloud native with DevSecOps mindset.

• Experience in project leading the programs/projects with US and offshore development teams.

• Strong analytical skills and being able to abstract information from existing code.

• Experience in development of multi-threaded applications in interfacing with other systems.

• Knowledge / Experience in AWS Cloud services.

• Excellent object-oriented design & programming skills, including strong working knowledge and experience in design patterns, refactoring.

• Strong understanding of standard software development lifecycle methodologies.

• Software development ability, experience, speed, and quality.

• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

• Interface with different departments within the organization.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and teaming skills.

• Experience with Git version control systems and CI/CD pipeline.

• Experience in development of call center digital platforms.

• Telecommunications experience.

• AWS certification.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $101,000.00 - $194,000.00.
