Team Overview
The Solutions Marketing team helps sellers engage customers through consultative, buying-group-centered conversations that address priority business issues. The team translates global customer insights, solution narratives, buyer personas and playbooks into practical, locally relevant tools that help sellers shape demand and advance upper-funnel opportunities across international markets.This role reports to VP, Product Marketing. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Build and scale customer-centric sales enablement across international markets, adapting global solution narratives to local market dynamics, regulatory environments, vertical priorities, seller maturity and buyer expectations.
- Develop buying-group, persona and use-case-based enablement, including playbooks, talk tracks, discovery questions, objection handling, competitive messaging, customer proof points and sales journey guidance.
- Translate complex customer challenges, market trends and solution portfolios into clear, practical tools that improve seller confidence and customer conversations.
- Turn customer insights, voice-of-customer feedback and regional seller needs into programs that help sellers understand, communicate and shape customer thinking around priority business issues.
- Create scalable frameworks, templates, governance models and activation plans that support consistent and locally relevant enablement across regions.
- Partner with regional sales, product marketing, product management, sales enablement, marketing, legal, compliance and subject-matter experts to deliver field-ready materials.
- Analyze how enterprise buying groups make decisions, including the roles of decision-makers, influencers, users and gatekeepers, and align enablement to the outcomes that matter to each persona.
- Influence senior stakeholders across regional sales, marketing, product and business leadership within a complex matrix organization.
- Train and activate sellers and regional teams across cultures and markets through effective communication, facilitation, coaching and presentations.
- Measure adoption, gather field and customer feedback, and continuously improve enablement based on usage and business response.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- 10 or more years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, portfolio marketing, enterprise B2B marketing, SaaS/DaaS product strategy or a related discipline, including meaningful international or multi-region experience.
- At least five years leading cross-functional programs and indirectly managing regional stakeholders with varied capabilities and maturity levels.
- Demonstrated experience developing or scaling sales playbooks, buyer enablement, persona-based messaging, thought-leadership narratives, seller training and customer conversation frameworks.
- Experience localizing global content for regional terminology, competitive dynamics, market maturity, business priorities and regulatory considerations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying groups and experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, geographies and business units.
- Ability to create structured sales-enablement assets, including playbooks, messaging frameworks, talk tracks, discovery guides and seller-training materials.
- Strong content development, presentation and project-management capabilities required to deliver practical tools in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience coaching and activating geographically distributed seller or marketing teams.
- Familiarity with regional regulatory considerations and market-specific competitive environments.
- Curiosity about customer decision-making and the motivations behind enterprise purchasing behavior.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30%, based on business and regional activation needs.
