Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the collection process for outstanding accounts receivable.

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to facilitate payment arrangements.

- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and send collection letters and notices as necessary.

- Monitor and report on collection metrics and performance.
