- Project Delivery Managerは、QVCジャパンをサポートし、カスタマーロジスティクス部門における各種プロジェクトの企画から導入・定着まで、一連のプロジェクトライフサイクル全体をリードします。物流オペレーション、サプライチェーン、IT、財務など複数部門と連携しながら、予算・スケジュール・品質を管理し、プロジェクトを成功に導く役割を担います。
勤務場所
- このポジションはオンサイトであり、毎日佐倉商品センターで勤務する必要があります。
仕事内容
- Customer Logistics領域におけるプロジェクトの企画、立案、推進
- 業務要件・機能要件の策定およびプロジェクト計画（予算・スケジュール・リソース）の策定と管理
- 社内関係部署（物流、IT、財務等）および外部ベンダーとの調整・折衝
- プロジェクト会議やステアリングコミッティの運営、進捗管理およびレポーティング
- リスク、課題、変更要求の管理と関係者へのエスカレーション対応
- データ分析や実現可能性調査を通じた業務改善、新規ソリューションの提案
- サプライチェーン、物流領域におけるシステム導入やプロセス改善の推進
応募資格
- 物流またはサプライチェーン領域でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験（5年以上）
- 物流、サプライチェーン、ロジスティクス領域におけるシステム導入または業務改善プロジェクトの推進経験
- 複数のステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクト推進経験
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル
- 物流システム（WMS、SCM関連システム等）の導入経験、自動化・物流設備に関するプロジェクト経験があれば尚可
- アジャイル開発環境でのプロジェクト経験があれば尚可
