Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Administrative Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more Clinical Directors and other key stakeholders. Your primary function will be the meticulous management of time and attendance, alongside seamless office coordination.
Every day, you will oversee and manage complex timekeeping and attendance records with precision and strict adherence to hospital policies. Facilitate the daily operations of the administrative office, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and workflow organization.
To be successful, you must demonstrate exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. Contribute to a positive work environment striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for staff, leadership, and the public.
- You will draft, edit, and distribute high-quality correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports.
- Provide dedicated administrative assistance to Clinical Directors, ensuring all tasks are completed cost-effectively and efficiently.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- High School or GED
- Experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a fast-paced hospital or clinical environment.
- Fire Safety Card (must obtain within 90 days of start date)
