What you'll do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and related facility equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Inspect, diagnose, and document facility conditions, identifying repair and replacement needs to prevent future issues.
- Utilize blueprints, manuals, and tools to dismantle, repair, and reassemble plumbing components and fixtures.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and parts procurement while maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support critical facility needs outside regular hours.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in plumbing and facility maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and fixtures.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and warranty claims.
- Capability to respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers, contractors, and coworkers.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.2 years’ experience in the plumbing trade.
Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing in the state of work.
