Community & Advocacy Specialist, Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a Community & Advocacy Specialist to help strengthen and manage AnyMind’s advocator network and advocacy capabilities. Working closely with senior team members, this role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, developing, and activating advocators across campaigns. The role will also manage day-to-day advocacy operations and quality control to ensure that every activation delivers authentic participation, relevant brand conversations, and consistent execution quality. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands social communities, enjoys building relationships with people, and is passionate about creating advocacy.

What You Will Do

1. Advocator Network Development

• Develop recruitment plans based on target audiences and campaign needs.
• Manage advocator recruitment, screening, onboarding, segmentation, and retention.
• Build and maintain a structured advocator database of advocator profiles, interests, participation history, and performance.
• Segment advocators based on category fit, credibility, content quality, and engagement.
• Develop engagement and retention initiatives to improve advocator quality and maintain an active advocator network.

2. Campaign Management

• Translate campaign briefs into advocacy recruitment and activation plans.
• Recommend suitable advocator profiles, content approaches, and participation mechanics.
• Manage execution from recruitment and briefing to content coordination, deployment, and completion.
• Coordinate with Account, Influencer Management, Content, and Strategy teams to ensure timely delivery.

3. Quality & Performance Management

• Review advocator content and participation to ensure authenticity, brand relevance, and compliance, while addressing low-quality, overly scripted, or non-genuine execution.
• Track campaign and advocator performance across activation, completion, engagement, and content quality to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate campaign learnings into improvements in advocator selection, activation approaches, quality standards, and operating processes.

 

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Community Management, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Account Management, or related areas.
• Good understanding of social platforms, online communities, and digital culture.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing creator communities, member networks, or campaign databases is an advantage.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
