YOUR ROLE
As an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll provide professional support to customers and insurance brokers through phone and email.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls from Italian-speaking customers
Responding to customer inquiries via email
Providing clear information about insurance products and coverage
Assisting with policy-related questions and cancellations
Supporting insurance brokers with their inquiries
Delivering friendly, professional, and solution-focused customer service
Accurately handling customer information and requests
Meeting quality and performance standards
SALARY & BENEFITS
€1,000/month salary
Up to €100 performance bonus
€7.63 net meal allowance per working day
WORKING SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday
Including bank holidays
Rotational shifts between 07:30–20:00
Weekends OFF
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Italian: Fluent / C1–C2 level
English: Good working proficiency

Experienced in customer service, preferably in insurance
Confident communicating by phone and email
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented
Comfortable handling sensitive or complex customer situations
Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
Detail-oriented and organized
A strong communicator with good problem-solving skills
