Customer Care Representative

As our Customer Care Representative you will join a global company providing the opportunity for many cross functional and cross cultural working relationships. You will act as a first point of contact for our customers and be a key player in ensuring high customer satisfaction as well as diligence in documentation.

Take charge of supporting our Customers

As our Customer Care Representative you will be given the chance to provide service and handle customer enquiries, requests and concerns. You will be working with different tasks, providing great variety in the job.

• End to end cross-border sales order management in the ERP system, incl facilitation of on-time delivery, product substitutions and invoicing 

• End-to-end return order management 

• Outbound and inbound customer communication  

• Support and/or drive resolution of non-technical customer complaints 

• Support customer data management 

• Frequent interaction with the commercial organization on orders 
• Ensuring that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies  

• Ensure the upholding of local and global compliance rules, when handling orders 

Are you an action-oriented professional with strong skills?
As our ideal candidate you will have working experience within Customer Service and experience in standard operating procedures. Moreover, we expect you to have:

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant customer care role, ideally in an order to cash environment 

• ​Experience in working with standard operating procedures  

• Proficient with standard MS Office programs 

• Working efficiency (written and spoken) in English and Danish. 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 

• Ideally proficient in using ERP software (Microsoft preferred)
