# What You'll Do

Location: North UK

Build Meaningful Relationships

• Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with Thought Leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders across your territory
• Lead compelling scientific conversations — from 1:1 discussions to group presentations — covering disease management, BMS products, and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) data
• Stay ahead of the clinical landscape: treatment strategies, unmet medical needs, competitive intelligence, and emerging trial data

Own Your Territory

• Design and execute a tailored Field Medical plan and Thought Leader Interaction strategy aligned to therapeutic area objectives
• Contribute to cross-functional institution and account planning, bringing a medical lens to broader team strategy
• Feed high-quality medical insights back to medical and commercial teams to shape strategy development
• Answer scientific, product, and HEOR questions with accurate, compliant information.
• Present medical data clearly in 1:1 or group settings, following ethical, legal, and local guidelines.
• Continuously assess medical landscape and stay updated on treatment strategies, products, and unmet needs.

Be the Scientific Voice Internally

• Support internal programmes including Risk Management Plans (RMPs)
• Deliver scientific training and updates to colleagues across Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Market Access, Legal, and HEOR functions
• Provide unbiased scientific support at promotional meetings, including speaker evaluation and support
• Create territory-specific Field Medical and Thought Leader (TL) interaction plans aligned with therapeutic objectives.
• Support institution/account planning and collaborate on cross-functional account strategies.
• Help design and deliver medical programs and projects that align with local Medical and Field Medical plans.

Advance Clinical Research

• Play a key role in identifying and assessing clinical trial sites for both interventional and non-interventional research
• Support patient recruitment efforts and guide investigators on the safe and effective use of BMS investigational products
• Champion pharmacovigilance standards and support HCPs through the Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) process
• Share insights and recommendations on study and site feasibility with clinical development teams.
• Support CRO-sponsored studies in line with local medical management guidance.

# What You'll Bring

Qualifications:

• MD, PharmD, or PhD with experience in a relevant disease area — or a science degree with substantial pharmaceutical industry experience

Skills & Attributes:

• Exceptional scientific communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful clinical conversations
• Strong relationship-building instincts and a genuine curiosity about science
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
