Studio Store On-Call Clerk

We are looking for an On-Call Sales Clerk to join the Pixar Studio Store team at Pixar Animation Studios. Are you dependable, hospitable, outgoing, hard working, good with details, experienced in high quality customer service and enjoy being part of a close-knit small team?

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests visiting the Pixar Studio Store
• Perform duties including but not limited to receiving and restocking inventory, assist in maintaining store appearance and occasional shipment of products
• Assist with Department Orders; sort and distribute products to appropriate departments within the Studio
• Flexible to perform a variety of duties to support the needs of the Studio Store

Qualifications:

• Must have a strong retail customer service background: positive, upbeat, warm, and personable demeanor, and able to work with all sorts of people
• Must be very self-motivated during the slow times, and efficiently handling customers when the line is out the door
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and guests
• Demonstrated excellence in guest service skills: reliable, consistent and courteous
• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems
• High level of integrity
• Keen sense of initiative
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• General ability to work weekdays from 10 am to 3 pm

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and frequently move merchandise throughout the studio 

The hiring range for this position in Emeryville is $36,465.00 to $47,190.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
