Custodian - Facilities Management & Planning - 5 Full-Time positions available

• Mops, cleans and disinfects restroom facilities within county, including walls, floors, doors and fixtures.
• Removes trash from waste containers and replaces liners in containers.
• Restocks supplies in restrooms.
• Cleans windows and glass surfaces.
• Sweeps, strips, and waxes floors.
• Dusts exposed areas on office furnishings and fixtures.
• Vacuums, cleans and maintains floor coverings and upholstered furniture.
• Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Less than High School Diploma/GED.
• 6 months job related experience.
• Knowledgeable in cleaning process and ability to complete tasks in assigned time.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $15.30 - $18.44 hourly based on qualifications

DATE AVAILABLE: October 1, 2026

CLOSING DATE: Upon filling 5 full-time positions
