CPS Performance and Rewards Senior Specialist

Role Summary
As a Performance and Rewards Senior Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations and supporting compensation, benefits, and performance management activities.
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations from pre-payroll preparation through post-payroll validation and reporting.
- Gather, validate, and review payroll inputs and payroll instructions.
- Coordinate payroll runs and ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Perform post-payroll checks, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
- Investigate and resolve payroll issues, discrepancies, and employee inquiries.
- Support audit requirements and maintain compliance with governance and control standards.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 to 5 years of payroll operations experience, with strong exposure to end-to- end payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, payroll validation, reconciliations, statutory compliance, employee inquiries, and year-end activities.
- Experience supporting multi-country payroll operations, preferably across APAC, Europe, or other international regions.
- Background in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), BPO, SSO, or outsourced payroll environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll compliance, including BIR withholding tax, annualization, year-end tax processing, Form 2316, Alphalist reporting, and statutory contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Advanced Excel and payroll data analysis skills, with demonstrated ability to perform reconciliations, variance analysis, data validation, and payroll reporting.
- Solid understanding of payroll governance, internal controls, audit requirements, data privacy, and the handling of confidential employee information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- Self-directed and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
