Roles and Responsibilities: •FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE: ? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Loan Operations Day 2 activities in Commercial / Consumer Loans ? Adequate knowledge in reviewing and interpretating the loan documents ? Ability to review and complete loan maintenance / service requests such as Payments, drawdowns from approved RFC, Fee, Waivers, Interest Rate Corrections, Charge offs, Billing schedule changes, ACH/Auto Debit Set-up, Cash Recon, Extensions, Payoffs etc. ? Recommend feasible solutions to resolve existing transactions/payments issues and Rejects and Unapplied Cash and Past Dues. ? Identifies and solves customer billing related problems in loan accounting system ? Ability to manage complicated/regulatory reporting and reconciling activities (SCRA, HUD, CIP, LR/LAR) ? Ability to perform accurate data input to the loan accounting system per established procedure ? Track all pending/outstanding loan servicing request with specific timeline ? Ensure that day-to-day tasks are completed on the agreed deadlines and quality per the SLA. ? Execute quality control measures with respect to loan servicing ? Identify process gaps and areas for reducing the manual intervention through various process improvement ideas ? Ensure that day-to-day tasks are completed on the agreed deadlines and quality per the SLA. ? Win the confidence of client through regular and proactive actions. ? Adhere to the processing guidelines and meet the accuracy targets set by the team lead ? Flexible to work in any shift based on business needs
