About this Position
Annuity Exchange Analyst 1 review and prepare forms for committee review. Work as a liaison with the field agent(s), Trade Review Trade Principles, internal management, and the PFSI Pre-Approval Committee to present accurate and detailed information regarding the transactions being reviewed.Analyst creates records, updates and documents results across multiple systems timely to ensure all departments have real time decisions as well as making calls and sending emails to act as a liaison with our various annuity carriers, committee members, management team and field agent(s) and obtaining records requested by management.
Assist management in monitoring statistical data, testing and daily work flow.
Alternates as Primary Committee meeting host and as back-up to Primary Committee meeting host.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Form Prep - Send carrier verifications to the carriers to review contract details and save the responses for the committee. Multiple checklists are used to assist the committee, these are manually checked by the Analyst and routed accordingly. Additionally, further reviews of each form may be required based on the situation including additional research or spreadsheet analysis. The Analyst will review these to document and escalate accordingly.
- As part of the books and records requirements, correspondence and committee decisions are required to be saved. Saving the documents in Image satisfies the requirement. The Analyst will ensure all necessary documents are saved for each request.
- Perform quality control checks on processed work as well as daily reconciliation to ensure all forms have been processed correctly within department standards. Assist in requesting missing letters, letter corrections, trade review and/or management requests.
- As primary host, will prep the daily agenda by reviewing of currently prepped forms for anything missed, review the forms still pending prep for emergency reviews, emails, conversations or any other potential exception request and putting them all together on either the paper of PEGA agenda, host committee meetings, record committee decisions and send out decisions. As backup to the primary host, will assist in callouts, emails, research or other tasks required to make a decision or provide training to representatives.
- Assist the department in system testing efforts and any other duties as needed by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience preferred in research, data management, documenting, and communicating results
- Proficient with the job functions and understanding of company systems preferred
