Description
Ready to help students build independence and reach their goals? Cross Country Education is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide school-based occupational therapy services supporting students across grade levels in Beverly Hills, CA for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
- Provide school-based occupational therapy services through direct support and consultation to address IEP goals, including fine/gross motor skills, sensory strategies, and functional activities.
- Implement therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OTR) and monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate treatment records, progress notes, and service documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to support classroom strategies and student success.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school-based setting, preferably with school-aged students
