Job Summary

East Penn Manufacturing, one of the Best Places to Work in PA is looking for a talented and knowledgeable Maintenance Mechanics to join the team at our plant location in Lyon Station, PA. 

 

Industrial maintenance mechanics that install, repair and maintain industrial machinery. Skilled industrial maintenance mechanics oversees the installation and maintenance of the equipment which will include installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment.

 

 

Wages starting between $28 and $32.  $5000 Retention Bonus. 

Job Tasks

• Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
• Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
• Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• *Maintains regular attendance.
• *Ability to work mandatory over time.
• Performs other duties as requested by Management.
