Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Health & Wellness Services Director position.
The Health & Wellness Services Director is a dual service role leading the operations of the Wellness Home Services program, as well as providing primary care nursing and office services under the direction of the Nurse Practitioner (NP). The Director, a Registered Nurse, is accountable for the oversight and management of the Wellness Home Services program’s operations, including the direct supervision of the licensed and non-licensed team members. Maintains fiscal responsibility in meeting the established budget, leads outreach and marketing initiatives of the various wellness and primary care services to residents, ensures exceptional service delivery, and enforces strict adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related health services field (preferred)
- Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience with two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a senior living, acute care, or home health setting
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida; License must be in good standing with no restrictions on providing duties with the FL Board of Nursing
- Current CPR and AED certification (or must obtain within three months of employment)
