As a Security Officer Bilingual Dispatcher in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, support access control processes, and help address security-related concerns. Your professionalism, clear communication, and customer service will help create a welcoming environment while supporting site operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, access activity, and other dispatch communications; document information and coordinate appropriate responses according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, including relevant times, locations, and follow-up actions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned business areas and perimeter locations as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
