We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to be responsible for day-to-day employee payroll issues, answer internal and external calls/emails from employees and/or their supervisor to resolve payroll concerns, research issues and resolve problems. Candidates must be organized, have good communication and problem-solving skills, and be familiar with Microsoft products. 


Schedule:

Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Answer phones
  • Maintain helpdesk ticket system
  • Review, respond and prioritize payroll issues.
  • Troubleshoot and take proactive actions to payroll issues.
  • Educate employees on correct procedures.
  • Respond timely to employee issues.
  • Maintain payroll files.
  • Assist in backing up co-workers in department.
  • Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.
  • Report to work as scheduled.


Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
