Service Engineer-1

Main Tasks

1.    Work and perform in compliance with company’s regulation and request.
2.    Demonstrate customer service skills and knowledge with a high level of passion and dedication.
3.    Demonstrate strong and efficient ability to learn skills on Coordinate Measuring Machines utilizing mechanical and electronic aptitude.
4.    Provide customer service in fields such as machine installation, maintenance activities, troubleshooting and repair, etc.
5.    Provide documented activities performed using the required format, such as service reports, technical reports, CPO reports, etc.
6.    Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.
7.    Regarding satisfaction surveys, work to resolve customer care issues.
8.    Provide timely response to all requests from both internal and external customers.
9.    Perform necessary administrative paperwork in a complete and accurate manner.
10.    Solutions oriented with ability to work independently in a high pressure, fast paced and innovative environment .
11.    Feedback in time on product quality issues on site,as well as marketing information to the company.
12.    Ensure direct reports maintain company - issued test equipment and support tools.
13.    Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
14.    Microsoft operating system knowledge is required.
15.    Be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.
16.    Good command of written and spoken English.
17.    Willingness to travel demestic and internationally.
18.    Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair for ZEISS products to meet the requiements from customer.
19.    Build good relationship with customers and provide timely response to all requests from both internal and external customers.

Requirements

Education

• College or above degree in industry technology relevant. Major in mechanical and electrical is preferred

Experience

• 2 years of relevant working experience, prefer on installing, troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines or computer systems
• Previous Coordinate Measuring Machine installation and troubleshooting experience is preferred however not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service aptitude is required.

Other skills

• Microsoft operating system knowledge is required
• Be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel demestic and internationally.
