Job Title: Warehouse & Vending Support Associate
Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Senior Operations Manager
Martin Supply is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Warehouse & Vending Support Associate to support warehouse operations, customer-site inventory programs, and local deliveries.
In this role, you’ll split your time between warehouse responsibilities and servicing customer locations. Duties include picking and stocking products, receiving inventory, performing cycle counts, filling vending machines and point-of-use cabinets, supporting Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, and making local deliveries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive incoming products and record inventory transactions in the inventory system.
- Stock and organize materials in the warehouse and at customer locations.
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs at customer locations.
- Stock and maintain vending machines, point-of-use cabinets, and tool cribs.
- Load and unload products at Martin Supply and customer locations.
- Make safe and timely deliveries within approximately a 75-mile radius.
- Operate company vehicles, including cargo vans and 26-foot box trucks.
- Communicate customer needs, concerns, and inventory requirements to branch personnel.
- Provide professional, responsive customer service at all locations.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, stocking, shipping, receiving, material handling, cycle counting and cleaning.
- Safely operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and customer inventory areas.
- Follow all company, customer, DOT, and applicable safety requirements.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, industrial environments, maintenance-related fields, or similar work preferred.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability and dependability.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
- Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment preferred.
- Experience cycle counting preferred
- Ability to safely drive a cargo van and 26-foot box truck.
- Must meet Martin Supply's driving and insurance requirements, including being at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to successfully complete a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform routine material-handling activities.
- Ability to safely use ladders and stairs.
- Ability to load and unload products and perform physical warehouse and inventory duties throughout the workday.

Full-time
Monday - Friday
7 :30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Overtime as needed
Rare weekends possible
