You will help build and improve software that needs to be reliable, scalable and easy to maintain as the organisation grows. Rather than owning only a narrow component, you will contribute across technical design, development, testing, QA handover and production—solving real business problems with a team that values pragmatic engineering judgement.
Profile for success
- 6+ years of hands-on software-application delivery, supported by a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong, recent Java or JVM-language experience, ideally backed by real production ownership.
- Relational database and SQL depth, including data-driven application design and troubleshooting.
- Evidence of clean code, practical problem solving, testing discipline, security awareness and production support.
- Comfortable working independently and closely with engineers, product partners and stakeholders.
