As a Beaches Assistant Store Manager you will assist the Store Manager in leading your store location while building a high-performing, guest-focused team.

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and drive overall business performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a motivated commission sales team
• Drive commission sales, memberships, customer service upgrades, and revenue growth
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience on every visit
• Train, motivate, and retain a team of top talent
• Inspire your team to crush individual and store goals
• Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards
• Build a fun, positive, energetic, and results-driven team culture
