Reporting To: Recreation Supervisor
Description
Delivering superior guest service and immediate guest satisfaction. Providing a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel and in line with Kempinski’s DNA values in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing procedures for the Pool & Beach area.
- Maintaining a clean and organized pool area environment.
- Preparing culinary snacks and drinks
- Taking orders and serving guests.
- Cleaning of bar and service area.
- Reporting technical difficulties to the maintenance department.
- Ordering of food and beverage items from the storage area.
- Controlling inventory of towels, bathrobes, and kitchen towels.
- Ordering pool supplies.
- Cost control of pool income and expenses.
- Cleaning of fitness equipment.
- Reporting maintenance issues to the engineering department.
- Assisting guests with workout tools and equipment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel.
- English: excellent communication skills.
