Job Responsibility:

1- Perform commissioning, start-up, SAT/FAT, and troubleshooting of analyzer systems at site and factory

2- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) to ensure analyzer availability and performance

3- Support a wide range of process analyzers including gas, liquid, and process-specific analyzers. 

4- Maintain and troubleshoot analyzer sampling systems (gas & liquid)

5- Handle multi-vendor analyzer systems and coordinate with OEMs where required, Prepare service reports, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation

6- Support refinery-critical analyzers used for product quality and process control applications

7- Participate in shutdown, turnaround, and project execution activities. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams during critical situations

8- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring failures. Ensure compliance with customer safety, quality, and schedule requirements

9- Support service contracts (AMC/MAC) and contribute to business growth

10- Conduct customer training and knowledge sharing sessions

Job Qualifications & Experience:

1- Candidates should be B.E. or B.Tech. degree qualified, specialized in Electronics/Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering

2- Work experience on working with Gas Chromatograph, Gas & Liquid analyzer maintenance work, site startup, commissioning, and engineering. Hands on experience of Yokogawa field instruments is must

3- 10- to 15 years as service engineer or as Instrumentation/Maintenance engineer for Field instruments.

Job Skills & Competencies: 

1- Customer handling & managing site activities.
Must be fully conversant with the process applications, and able to design appropriate sampling system

2- Shall have good knowledge in basic chemistry and refinery and petrochemical processes.
Shall be able to understand and troubleshoot analyzers sample conditioning s

3- Trouble-shoot and resolve complex problems.
Shall have sufficient experience in handling different models of analyzer
