Novanta is recognised worldwide for pioneering sealed CO₂ laser technologies used in marking, coding, engraving, cutting and advanced manufacturing applications.

What you will do:

• Diagnose laser system faults

• Investigate returned products

• Perform repairs and rework

• Conduct testing and validation

• Support root cause investigations

• Work with precision assemblies and electronics

What we are looking for:

• Technical qualification or relevant experience

• Mechanical or electronic assembly skills

• Troubleshooting experience

• Soldering skills advantageous

• Strong attention to detail

• Passion for quality workmanship
