Who We Are Looking For
The AVP, Client Services & Technical Delivery will be responsible for client onboarding, technical integrations, platform operations, API enablement, file feed management, Corporate Actions governance and automation, Security Master operations, and operational support for the Wealth Hub platform.
This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Data Operations, and SaaS Operations teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, operational stability, and ongoing support of Wealth Hub services.
The ideal candidate combines strong client-facing skills with deep technical expertise in APIs, enterprise integrations, file feed onboarding and management, cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, operational automation, investment operations, Corporate Actions governance and automation, Security Master management, and enterprise SaaS platform delivery. The candidate should be equally comfortable engaging with business stakeholders, operations teams, developers, architects, and client technology organizations.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As AVP, Client Services & Technical Delivery, you will:
Client Services & Delivery
- Coordinate client onboarding, implementation, and integration projects.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic clients.
- Manage client escalations and drive issues through resolution.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, technical workshops, and API demonstrations.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Coordinate onboarding of sponsors, asset managers, wealth managers, custodians, and third-party providers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on operational workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
API & Integration Management
- Lead API onboarding and integration initiatives.
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and demonstrate APIs end-to-end.
- Create sample code, payloads, technical documentation, and testing artifacts.
- Partner directly with client development teams during implementation and support.
- Troubleshoot authentication, connectivity, data validation, and integration issues.
- Support REST APIs, web services, event-based integrations, and secure connectivity solutions.
- Assist clients with API troubleshooting, onboarding, testing, and adoption.
Data Integration & File Feed Management
- Lead support of inbound and outbound file-based integrations.
- Manage connectivity with sponsors, asset managers, custodians, wealth managers, market data vendors, and external service providers.
- Define file specifications, mapping requirements, transformation rules, and validation controls.
- Support integration technologies including SFTP, FTPS, APIs, message-based interfaces, and cloud-based data exchanges.
- Troubleshoot file delivery failures, processing exceptions, transformation issues, and reconciliation breaks.
- Coordinate testing and implementation of new client and vendor data feeds.
- Design automated monitoring, alerting, and recovery processes for critical file feeds.
- Establish operational controls and service level monitoring across integration workflows.
- Develop operational reporting and dashboards to measure feed health, reliability, and performance.
Platform Operations & Software Delivery
- Coordinate software releases, patches, hotfixes, and production deployments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release validation.
- Drive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex production issues.
- Ensure that data, overnight processing, and platform services are validated and available for client use by 7:00 AM ET.
- Drive operational automation initiatives using scripting, workflow orchestration, and DevOps tooling.
- Maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and support documentation.
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises and resiliency testing initiatives.
Corporate Actions & Security Master Governance
- Drive Corporate Actions automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention, operational risk, and processing exceptions.
- Manage Corporate Actions (CA) operations across the Wealth Hub platform.
- Monitor daily Corporate Actions activity and ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Corporate Actions-related incidents, escalations, and client inquiries.
- Maintain Security Master integrity through ongoing monitoring, reconciliation, and data quality controls.
- Coordinate with internal and external data providers to resolve security reference data issues.
- Implement controls and operational processes to support data accuracy and platform resiliency.
Security & Cloud Operations
- Support certificate management, mTLS connectivity, encryption, and secure integrations.
- Partner with Infrastructure teams on Azure platform services and operational improvements.
- Support Azure Key Vault integration and secrets management best practices.
What We Value
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms within financial services or other regulated industries.
- Deep expertise in Corporate Actions operations, lifecycle event processing, automation, exception management, and governance controls.
- Subject matter expertise in APIs, secure integrations, mTLS authentication, certificate management, SFTP connectivity, and enterprise data exchange frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Security Master governance, reference data management, reconciliation processes, and data quality controls.
- Strong client-facing skills and experience engaging with external stakeholders.
Preferred Technical Expertise
- REST APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
- API onboarding, testing, troubleshooting, and client integration support.
- OAuth2, TLS/mTLS, certificates, and secure connectivity frameworks.
- SFTP, file feed onboarding, data exchange workflows, and vendor integrations.
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries, perform data analysis, validate production issues, and reconcile operational data.
- Charles River IMS, Wealth Hub, wealth management, or investment operations experience preferred.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Platform Operations, SaaS Delivery, Client Implementations, DevOps, Technical Product Management, Investment Operations, or Software Engineering.
- Experience supporting mission-critical financial services platforms and client-facing technical solutions.
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $157,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
