Description
Apply technical principles to ensure dissolution, dispersion, stability, flavor delivery, and consistency in powdered drink mixes Support innovation platforms requiring nutritional claims and/or language, and understanding formulation implications Delivers updates on projects within the business to key stakeholders and cross-functional peers Develop the ability to effectively communicate technical information to senior leadership Work appropriately and safely in a laboratory environment Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Chemical Engineering 4 years of experience in a related function within food/beverage (R&D, Quality), CPG, and/or commensurate advanced education Previous Product Development experience with powders and powdered drink mixes desired Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent written and presentation skills Works independent, excels in team-based culture and collaborates Skilled in problem solving, with a growth mindset Ability to travel is required
