How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Assistant, Marketing Studios will join the team to coordinate movie theatrical release campaigns and streaming content campaigns across all LATAM. This includes unifying launch materials across the region, maintaining daily communication with LATAM countries (with a primary focus on Mexico and Brazil), and managing the execution of campaigns in Argentina.
 

The Assistant, Marketing Studios will be responsible for:

• Support in the development of the overall marketing campaign strategy.
• Help to coordinate the follow-up of campaign materials for theatrical and streaming releases for Argentina and the region; monitoring campaign actions across all LATAM countries.
• Vendor onboarding management, follow-up, and PO generation.
• Participation in activations and special events.
• Support the review the optimal media mix, together with offline and online media teams.
• Coordinate the distribution and control of creative materials required for each campaign.
• Work closely with different company areas (Press, Media, Creative, Cinema Partnerships, Digital, Sports, among others), supporting the briefing each team to achieve the objectives for each release.
• Maintain ongoing communication with BBK and all LATAM countries.
• Support the execution and follow-up of the synergy strategy for each release: Radio Disney, TV, social media, Lifecycle, among others.
   

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• 1 or +1 year of experience in similar roles or within the entertainment industry. Preferred industries: Film, Streaming, Entertainment.
• Advanced student or degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Management, and Entertainment.
• Proactivity, collaborative mindset, ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously, detail-oriented, responsibility, commitment, and passion for the industry.
• Strong proficiency in Outlook, Mac operating system, Microsoft tools, Keynote, basic Photoshop. Airtable / Coupa is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
