Job Summary:
Assists the Project Manager in overseeing prefabrication project delivery, including planning, scheduling, production coordination, and cost management. Supports integration of manufacturing and field operations to achieve high-quality, efficient, and safe project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists in developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts for prefabrication activities.
Tracks fabrication progress, delivery sequencing, and installation readiness.
Coordinates internal communication across design, production, and field teams to ensure alignment of deliverables.
Supports contract administration, change management, and reporting requirements for assigned projects.
Participates in quality assurance reviews and problem-solving for production or installation challenges.
Engages in team development by providing guidance to engineers and technicians on prefab project workflows.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
4–6 years of construction or project management experience, with prefabrication experience preferred.
Certifications and Licenses:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
