Hi-Tech Superintendent | Mission Critical & Advanced Technology Projects

We’re looking for a Hi-Tech Superintendent who can lead large field teams, anticipate challenges before they impact production, and keep demanding projects moving safely, efficiently, and profitably. This role is built for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where leadership, accountability, communication, and operational control all matter every single day.
You’ll oversee day-to-day field operations on advanced technology and hi-tech construction projects while partnering closely with project managers, general contractors, foremen, and field crews to drive execution from planning through completion.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day field operations across active hi-tech construction projects
- Coordinate closely with project managers and general contractors to develop intelligent execution and erection plans
- Manage manpower, crew productivity, equipment, and workflow to maintain project schedules
- Oversee crews of 50+ field employees while driving accountability and performance
- Coach foremen and crews on jobsite safety, hazard awareness, and operational expectations
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, project leadership, and field teams
- Anticipate project challenges early and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruption
- Support job costing efforts, production planning, and budget performance
- Develop and manage equipment plans for large-scale project operations
- Promote a culture built around integrity, teamwork, urgency, and continuous improvement
- Maintain high standards for quality, professionalism, and safety across all jobsite operations
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or 5+ years as a General Foreman
- Strong background in structural steel, ironwork, or large-scale industrial construction
- Proven ability to manage crews of 50+ employees
- Experience coordinating manpower, scheduling, and production activities on complex projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build trust and maintain accountability across field operations
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and field hazard management
- Experience participating in customer meetings and communicating project progress updates
- Financial awareness related to production tracking, job costing, and project budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction communication/planning tools
- NCCER Superintendent Certification required or ability to complete successfully
Physical & Work Environment
- Active construction environments with exposure to weather, elevated work areas, noise, and industrial conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding field environments
- Flexible schedule required based on project and client demands, including early mornings, evenings, and extended hours as needed
- Safety-sensitive position requiring strong judgment, awareness, and leadership at all times
