Ultrasound Technologist

• Eligibility to participate in the 401k plan as of 1^st of the month following 30 days of employment. An automatic enrollment at 3% employee contribution will begin on the first eligible pay period. Increase to the employee contribution may be made via the ADP retirement portal. Currently, the company matches 50% of the employee contribution up to 6% of the gross amount of compensation per pay period. Fully vested after 5 years of service.
• The option for medical coverage through the company provider for you and your eligible dependents. This option becomes available 30 days after your start date. Employees pay a portion of their healthcare coverage through a Section 125 Plan.
• The option for vision coverage through the company provider for you and your eligible dependents. This option becomes available 30 days after your start date.
• The option for dental coverage through the company provider for you and your eligible dependents. This option becomes available 30 days after your start date.
• When you are required to have an overnight stay in a hotel due to a LLSA screening event, the company currently offers a daily meal reimbursement of up to $40.00. Expense reimbursement requires substantiation with receipts and is subject to change.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Completion of an Ultrasound program with vascular or general education and competency
• New Grads welcome!
• Understanding that our schedules are not typical office hours. Meeting times and end times will vary based on the distance to the community destination for the day and the customer schedule.  Flexibility to work within our schedule needs is key to success!
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to educate participants on products and services
• Passion to create and maintain a positive environment for fellow team members and customers throughout screening events
• Must have a valid driver's license and clear MVR as driving responsibilities of company van are shared among the team

Major Responsibilities:

• Ability to learn and perform the Carotid Artery screening, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) screening, other screenings as needed, and customer-facing responsibilities in accordance with the company's protocols and in a proficient and timely manner 
• Strength in teamwork & collaboration; sharing responsibilities driving the company van, loading, and unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced work environment where a passion for helping others, as well as accuracy performing tests, are held at the highest of standards
