The team leads operations across 11 pharmacies, focusing on expanding patient acquisition and enhancing clinical services. It drives business growth by aligning strategies with community needs and market trends. The team emphasizes financial management, ensuring budget goals are met while maintaining high service standards. It fosters strong relationships with healthcare providers and supports ongoing talent management to build a skilled workforce. Additionally, the team champions community outreach initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence and promote health and wellness within the markets served.
What you'll do:

• Foster a trusted health care environment by recruiting, developing, and retaining skilled health care professionals and associates.
• Develop and implement market service standards aligned with company goals and patient needs.
• Drive business growth by assessing market trends, collaborating with management, and executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee financial performance, managing budgets, expenses, and economic forecasts to meet market objectives.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies, promoting safety, quality assurance, and HIPAA adherence.
• Lead community outreach programs to enhance company image and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute business strategies, resource planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Attract, develop, and engage talent through workforce planning, mentorship, and succession strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
