Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities within the office environment. Also, responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and supporting the administrative needs of the organization.

Essential Functions
-Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflows, effective resource allocation, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
-Provide guidance, support, and supervision to office staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and clerical personnel.
-Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
-Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
-Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and repair of office equipment and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
-Assist in preparing and managing office budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
-Establish and maintain efficient systems for record-keeping, document management, and filing.


 

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Management required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Experience
Medical Office/Hospital/Managed Care Experience 3-5 years required

Supervisory/Management Experience 2-3 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of health care management and business management principles.
- Excellent listening and communication skills both verbal and written. Comfortable communicating with staff as well as patients/clients
- Display strong leadership and communication skills to clearly manage and oversee program staff.
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
- Possess process improvement skills that increase productivity, quality and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills.

-Proficient or experience with Excel, Word and other computer programs

-Comfortable with managing Volunteer program

-Comfortable assisting in the management/facilitating of program/services
