Job Title: Expert Sales & Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead our expert teams across the nation. This critical role involves driving business development, commercial excellence, sales force effectiveness, and customer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the pharma and FMCG sectors, with a proven track record in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations Leadership:
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability goals.
* Manage and lead a team of Regional Sales Managers (RESMs), fostering a high-performance culture.
Business Development & Commercial Excellence:
* Drive top-line growth through innovative business development strategies.
* Ensure effective implementation of commercial excellence initiatives and sales force effectiveness programs.
Customer Marketing:
*Lead customer marketing efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
*Develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Stakeholder Management:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and internal teams.
*Ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with overall business strategies and priorities.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
MBA from a Tier 1 institution.
6 to 10 years of experience in sales and operations, with significant exposure to both the pharma and FMCG sectors.
Proven experience in business development, commercial excellence, and sales force effectiveness.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
