The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive recruitment activities across Taiwan while supporting regional and global talent acquisition initiatives. Working closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will attract, assess, and hire top talent to support Entegris' continued growth. This role primarily focuses on Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and Management hiring, while also contributing to employer branding, campus recruitment, and strategic talent projects.
In this role you will:
Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding support, and ATS management. Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans and deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment outcomes.
Talent Sourcing & Market Insights Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and market mapping. Provide talent market insights, hiring trends, and candidate availability analysis to support hiring decisions.
Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding & Early Talent Develop and strengthen university partnerships, campus recruiting initiatives, and early-career talent programs. Support employer branding activities to enhance Entegris' visibility in the talent market.
Talent Acquisition Projects Lead or participate in regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.
Prior experience in multinational corporations and/or the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to partner with business leaders and collaborate effectively across a global matrix organization.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies; Workday experience is a strong advantage.
