Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Supply Chain Support: Handle daily operational tasks across supply chain activities Stakeholder Contact: Coordinate with counterparts to follow up and align on tasks Team Administration: Perform weekly team-level activities within the supply chain team, including status updates and record maintenance Archiving: Maintain product archives and orderly file structures Commitment Updates: Manage changes to promises and track related confirmations Further Information: Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time  (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration: 12 months Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Education: Actively studying a degree in Business Administration or Information Technology Work Ethic: Self-driven and proactive mindset with ownership of tasks Time Management: Ability to prioritize and meet daily and weekly timelines Office Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel  Copilot Tools: Experience using Copilot to enhance productivity Language Skills: Good English Additional information This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf ). #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
