Key Responsibilities
- Support Day and Night Shift Production Operations
- Ensure real-time engineering support is available across all shifts to maintain production efficiency and operational stability.
- Analyze Production Efficiency and Manpower Allocation
- Evaluate cycle time, manpower utilization, and line balancing to continuously improve capacity and resource efficiency.
- Troubleshoot Production Issues and Line Abnormalities
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and mitigate quality risks.
- Drive Process Improvement Initiatives
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement continuous improvement and enhance overall operational performance.
- Maintain Process Documentation
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Support MES System Stability and Issue Resolution
- Monitor and resolve Manufacturing Execution System (MES) issues to ensure stable system performance and production support.
- Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards
- Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and quality requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, or production environment (internship experience is preferred).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic AutoCAD skills and experience with factory/production line layout planning are preferred.
- Basic understanding of ERP/MES systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to support different shifts and work schedules based on production demands.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
- Self-motivated with good time management and teamwork skills.
Pay Range

The base salary range for this full-time position is 45k-55k per year. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan. Eligible employees receive company-provided benefits in accordance with plan terms and eligibility requirements.
