The Program Delivery Lead strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership towards value-based relationships and/or improved quality metrics. The Program Delivery Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.The Stars In-Home Program Delivery Lead develops programs designed to drive Stars performance, partnering with leaders regarding implementation, planning, and improvement; responsible for delivering and increasing the clinical value of the in home program for our members, providers, and Humana.
Direct responsibilities include:
Reviews and communicates results of programs, analyzing complex sets of data to interpret trends and insights to determine the best course of action
Develops functional strategies to drive Stars performance, guiding and directing external vendors and internal partners
Exercises independent judgment and decision making, working under minimal supervision
Provide strategic leadership and collaboration to support Stars and Pharmacy operations, ensuring strong partnerships and driving improvements in Stars-related outcomes during in home visits
Collaborate with Humana leaders, external partners, and the in home team to identify, prioritize, and implement short- and long-term solutions aimed at boosting Stars ratings and outcomes
Develop and refine frameworks for deliverables, processes, reporting, and performance monitoring for all Stars-related program components, including referrals, screenings, member follow-up, HRA, PCP summaries, and visit data, with a focus on measurable improvements in Stars metrics

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7 or more years of program management, vendor management and/or strategy experience
Stars experience
Experience presenting to leadership
Strong relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
Desired Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
HEDIS experience
PMP certification a plus

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
