Your Fairway

• Support market analysis of competitors and industry trends

• Aid in product development, from ideation through to launch, working closely with our R&D team

• Contribute to 2D/3D design of products and prepare and maintain tech packs and specifications

• Support optimal material selection for design and function, and assist with performance testing

• Help produce and maintain product presentations, catalogues, and other product management materials

• Act as a communication link between Design, Marketing, and Product teams to keep product information aligned and up to date

• Support product launches and cross-functional projects

Your Scorecard

• Background in Industrial Design, Product Design, Sports Engineering/Technology, or a related field

• Some initial experience in product development is a plus

• Good knowledge of a common 3D software (Fusion 360 preferred) and Illustrator/Photoshop

• Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating across teams (Design, Marketing, Product)

• Very good written and spoken English, German is a plus

• Thorough, goal-oriented, and independent way of working with a hands-on mentality

• Knowledge of or experience in the golf industry is a plus
