We are looking for a dynamic Distribution Buyer to become a vital part of our vibrant EMEA Purchasing Team, working Remote/Hybrid across Europe. Join the energy and come, be part of the momentum!

As a Senior Buyer you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, optimizing procurement strategies, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for electronic components procurement according to the supply chain strategies and the internal Company Policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts and contact information within the company ERP system, ensuring all relevant details are consistently updated.
- Negotiate with suppliers to agree prices, quantities, delivery schedules and exclusive deals.
- Create and develop relationships with global suppliers in accordance with the company’s international development plans.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to fulfill customer orders using products sourced through your established supply channels.
- Conducting new supplier qualifications, keep clean and accurate supplier profile/CRM.
- PO Management- manage and maintain comprehensive records of all goods ordered and received.
- Compliance and Risk Mitigation -Review purchase orders and supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures are met.
- Handle quality issues / discrepancies.
- Take part in training and company events.
- Travel to team meetings and team bonding events occasionally.
- Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager/Director or Company Leadership.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to fulfill customer orders using products sourced through your established supply channels.

- Fluent English.

- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Negotiation expertise: ability to negotiate terms, secure cost savings, and develop new relationships with existing and potential new suppliers.
- Ability in meeting deadlines and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Clear logic, quick learning and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- University degree in any field is preferred but not required.
Preferred skills and technical familiarity:
Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution to this role
- 3-5 years’ experience in the electronic component industry or at any EMS company.
- Or 1-3 years’ experience in relevant Procurement Role.
- Or College/bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or any related field.
- Semiconductor Market Intelligence: Understanding of the electronics supply chain, including component types, major suppliers, and market dynamics.
- Familiar with Procurement SOPs, previous experience with any ERP system.
- Understanding and transforming of the unique challenges and opportunities of the global supply chain market to provide the best customer service.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments. Invest time in ongoing learning to adapt to evolving trends and innovations.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the face of evolving business and technology landscapes. Be open to change and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.
