Staff Specialist Procurement

Join our Procurement team and play a key role in driving sourcing strategies, supplier management, and cost optimization across business service categories. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable business growth through strategic procurement initiatives. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with business, quality, and cost objectives. Manage supplier onboarding and supplier selection processes, including supplier qualification and evaluation. Develop contingency sourcing strategies (Plan B) to minimize supply chain and business continuity risks. Manage both overseas and local suppliers including supplier qualification, sourcing activities, and supplier development across business services categories. Support supplier transition and localization initiatives, including sourcing strategy optimization to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and cost competitiveness. Utilize AI tools and digital solutions (e.g. Copilot) to improve sourcing efficiency, contract management, spend analysis, and procurement operations. Drive cost efficiency initiatives through CCO (Clean Cost Optimization) and Total Cost analysis. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Strong knowledge in CCO (Clean Cost Optimization) and Total Cost analysis. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or Engineering. 5–10 years of working experience in strategic or operational procurement roles in any industries. Experienced in sourcing and localization strategies for equipment and manufacturing-related suppliers. Comprehensive understanding of global supply chain and procurement best practices. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making. Excellent negotiation, project management, and interpersonal skills. Result-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven working style. Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
