What you get to do:
- Supervise and develop assistant supervisors and the Park Quality team. Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Execute common tasks for Park Quality including: general cleaning and detail cleaning of restrooms.
- Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, equipment use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.
- Follow up with team member and guest concerns.
- Ensuring Schedules are up to date and labor budgets are maintained.
- Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.
- Maintain par levels for stock items.
- Responsible for team member compliance and development.
- Coordinate restroom cleaning and minimize disruption of operation.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
What it takes to succeed:
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Previous leadership experience preferred, Park Operations/Park Quality experience preferred
- Knowledge of restroom cleaning preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid drivers license
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
